Our coffee comes from our farm and partner growers in Yirgacheffe, Sidamo, Guji, Nekempti, Djimma,
Limmu—processed at three washing stations using sustainable methods. Our varieties include:

Processing Techniques
☀️ Sun-Dried (Natural):
Sorted cherries dried on raised beds for weeks
💧 Washed (Wet):
Eco-pulpers, fermentation, soaking tanks, and clean drying processes
All beans are sorted, graded, milled, and packaged with care.
