The Origin of Excellence
Our coffee comes from our farm and partner growers in Yirgacheffe, South Ethiopia—processed at three washing stations using sustainable methods. Our varieties include:

Long Berry: Large, aromatic, high-quality

Processing Techniques
☀️ Sun-Dried (Natural):
Sorted cherries dried on raised beds for weeks
💧 Washed (Wet):
Eco-pulpers, fermentation, soaking tanks, and clean drying processes
All beans are sorted, graded, milled, and packaged with care.
